Hranipur SPEED is one-component polyurethane adhesive. It is specially developed for installation of wooden structures, however, it is also suitable for other assembly work, especially where a strong, waterproof and permanent joint between two materials is required. It is not suitable for bonding polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, ABS and PTFE.
USAGE / EXAMPLE OF USAGE
- gluing wood
- gluing stair treads
- gluing wooden handrails to railings
- gluing floor rails
- gluing window sills

APPLICATION / HANDLING
Materials must be clean, dry and dust and grease-free before application. Weak wetting of the surface ensures greater adhesion and faster reaction of the adhesive. Apply at a temperature of + 5 to + 35° C. Apply the
Hranipur SPEED to one glued surface using a hand or pneumatic gun to the sealant. After coating, press the materials together for 5-10 minutes until the adhesive hardens.
Low humidity values increase the setting time; on the contrary, high humidity reduces it.
CLEANING
We recommend cleaning the adhesive from application tools by
Hraniclean 03 (non-hardened adhesive) or
Hraniclean 04 (hardened adhesive).
PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE USING
