HRANIPUR 05 - Transparent

Hranipur 05 is single-component polyurethane adhesive in the form of a paste in a cartridge. The adhesive has a wide scope of usage especially for assembly and construction purposes. It hardens by contacts with air humidity.

APPLICATION / HANDLING

Materials must be clean, dry and dust and grease-free before application. Weak wetting of the surface ensures greater adhesion and faster reaction of the adhesive. Apply at a temperature of + 5 to + 35° C. Apply the Hranipur 05 to one glued surface using a hand or pneumatic gun to the sealant. After coating, press the materials together for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive hardens.
Low humidity values increase the setting time; on the contrary, high humidity reduces it.

CLEANING

We recommend cleaning the adhesive from application tools by Hraniclean 03 (non-hardened adhesive) or Hraniclean 04 (hardened adhesive).

STORAGE

Store in an original closed package in temperature 20°C. The shelf life is 12 months. To store the product at temperature higher than 30°C may cause an alteration of it. Protect from freezing temperatures and reach of children.
