What bought you to Hranipex and how long have you worked here?

I had just finished university and was looking for somewhere to start my employment career and found Hranipex on a recruitment website. It has been 11 years since then.

What does a typical working day look like for you as Hranipex office supervisor?

Lots of organisation and making sure all teams members who are working that day are ready to work and be they’re as a support if I am needed. This could be mean ad hoc training here and there or helping individuals within any personal issues they may have which could affect their work.

What are aspects of your role that people may not be aware of?

Even as supervisor I still do the majority of jobs as when I first started. Whether that is sending samples in the post of filing the orders away.

What is your favourite part about being part of the HraniTeam and why?

I enjoy when I see someone I have trained understand and put into practice something I have shown them. I like that we are a team that works together to provide the best customer service as possible.

What sets Hranipex apart from competitors within the industry?

We try to meet the needs of all customers whether big or small. I have processed orders for 1000s of m of edging as well as orders for 10m. No order is too big or small for us.

Your favourite memory at Hranipex?

My favourite memory is when we hit our target because we have worked together as a team.

What one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

Be brave always and chase what makes you happy.

The best piece of advice you’ve been given.

By always doing your best you will never truly fail.

If you could go for dinner with three famous people, who would you choose and why?

Stephen Fry – I would learn as much as I can from him and love his speaking voice

Ricky Gervais – As he would add the comedy aspect to any situation

David Attenborough – I would ask him about all the places he has been and all the animals he has encountered
