HRANITHERM PUR 10.851 White

HRANITHERM - PUR 10.851 White

HRANITHERM PUR 10.851 White

Packaging
1 kg mini-cartridge

Reactive hot-melt adhesive PUR for gluing furniture edges on gluing machines.

Examples of use:

  • Bonding ABS edges with primer
  • Gluing of laminated edges
  • Gluing veneer edges
  • Bonding of PVC and PP edges

Characteristics:

Filled hot melt adhesive Hranitherm 10.851 PUR is suitable for gluing edges on professional gluing machines. This way of gluing creates a joint with high resistance to water and heat.  Good application results with roller application.

  • High strength
  • Clean machining
  • Easy processing due to controlled reactivity
  • After crosslinking, high heat resistance, water-resistance, and cold flexibility
  • Use on gluing machines with a melting tray for granular adhesives

Packing and storage:

1 kg package mini-cartridge in aluminum foil. Store in the original package. Shelf life 12 months when stored in closed containers in a cool and dry place at a temperature of 15 - 25 ° C.

Further information can be found in the technical and safety data sheet of the product.

Application:

Suitable for gluing machines with a melting tray. When using hot melt adhesive, maintain the application temperature and check it regularly by measuring on a roller. The temperature indicated on the control panel of the gluing machine may be different from the actual temperature. A lower adhesive temperature can affect the length of the open time and consequently reduce the quality of the bonded joint. At higher temperatures, the adhesive degrades with effect on color, viscosity, and adhesion. When gluing various types of materials, we recommend regular testing of the strength and quality of glue. The recommended ambient and material temperature are 15–25 ° C.  Clean the remaining, unreacted adhesive on the furniture parts with Hraniclean 01 (08). In the melter, use PUR-cleaner 890 in the form of granules (blue) to squeeze/clean the glue from the melting tray.
